The Coffee2Go app is installed in the runtime environment of your choice. Data from the app is stored in a database and can be processed from there by other systems, such as our visualization tool Mokka Metrics. Each entry can be uniquely identified by an ID and a timestamp. In addition to simply documenting processes, this also allows for the tracking of processing times and order statuses.

Here’s how it works:
(1) Define process steps
You define your process steps and the relevant data in collaboration with our experts in data structuring. We work most effectively with existing process descriptions, work instructions, and documentation templates, such as Excel spreadsheets.
(2) Configuration of the mockup
which is then tested in quick trials within your work environment and adjusted as needed. This approach, in the spirit of design thinking, allows for rapid results that are closely aligned with user requirements.
(3) App Launch
Once usability and functionality have been implemented as requested by users, the app goes live. Now the data structures can be prepared for additional applications, such as dashboards or reports.
