The Coffee2Go app is installed in the runtime environment of your choice. Data from the app is stored in a database and can be processed from there by other systems, such as our visualization tool Mokka Metrics. Each entry can be uniquely identified by an ID and a timestamp. In addition to simply documenting processes, this also allows for the tracking of processing times and order statuses.
