From overviews that display key status information about systems and processes to detailed views of individual days, months, or years, dashboards can be configured to reflect current status or historical data.
Use Cases
Here’s how it works:
(1) Define information requirements and users
During an initial meeting or workshop, we identify information needs and determine who has access to what information (users) and where that information will be displayed (infrastructure).
(2) Review the data set
for quality and information content. If necessary, data must be collected for the first time and/or processed into information through analytics. For data collection and processing, we offer tools such as the Data Coffee Connector or the Coffee2Go app to ensure that data remains available over the long term.
(3) Building and Using Visualizations
Depending on your goals, we can help you build your own visualizations using the open-source tool Grafana, or we can create visualizations for you using our technology. Both options can also be combined to provide maximum flexibility while ensuring the highest possible data transparency.
